1. Order Processing Time

We deliver flawless footwear ANYWHERE IN PAKISTAN!

  • All footwear orders are processed, checked, and packed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays or public holidays in Pakistan.
  • During sales, restocks, or busy seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • If your order is delayed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp, call, or email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer delivery across Pakistan.
  • Estimated delivery time after processing is 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, road blockages, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Partners

Just trust the process and believe in our Partners. We deliver through trusted courier partners to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

We know you can't wait. Ask us

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation.
  • This may include a tracking number if tracking is available for your order.
  • Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

It is on us, let's sort it out. We carefully pack all footwear before shipping. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Keep the original packaging.
  2. Record an unboxing video.
  3. Contact our support team with your order number and photos/video.
  4. We will guide you through the claim process.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We know your comfortable style of delivery

  • COD may be available in selected areas across Pakistan.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider, if required.
  • For high-value orders, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the order.
