By placing an order on Hi Heels, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Presentation

We do our best to show our footwear as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight differences in colour may happen because of lighting or screen settings
  • Minor variations in stitching, texture, or finishing may occur

2. Exchange and Claim Policy

We offer a limited claim window for:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong size delivered
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

3. Exchange Conditions

If an exchange is approved:

  • The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • The sole must not show signs of outdoor use
  • the original box, tags, and accessories must be returned
  • the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our mistake

4. Sale Items

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns may be treated as final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

5. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders may be modified or cancelled only within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be packed or dispatched.

6. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and correct address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product photos, logo, text, and designs, belongs to Hi Heels and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hi Heels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, route issues, or incorrect customer information.

9. Policy Updates

We may update these terms at any time when needed.
